THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR EVERY LEVEL... the winner is not the person who can do the most! If you cant do a chin-up yet THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR YOU.. if you can do 20 ‘pull-ups’ (overhand grip-yeah.. they’re harder!) THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR YOU!!!!! The more we post and train together the more we can empower each other to kick our own personal goals of being Spartans... or just getting one BLOODY chin-up!!!! I’ve said this to a few of our students already and that is this... The first LONG ARM CHINUP is the hardest! but so blimmen rewarding once you get it!) from then on its just setting goals and training as much as possible to build upon that!
ANYWAY... THE GENERAL GIST OR OUR @freedom2flyda CHINUP CHALLENGE .. Before Tuesday 1st May 2018 -Film your current ability -Send it through to us (email@example.com or tag us on fb #freedom2fly / instagram @freedom2flyda @freedom2flyldn OR pm on FB me Jessica Ramirez ) -Set a goal and send that through to us before may 1st -Train your butt off regularly -Take a photo/video diary -footage of your progress, post to social media and tag us in it to keep us up to date with your progress/training... -Check out what everyone else is doing to keep inspired -See what tips, tricks and training routines we post regularly to keep you training different muscle groups and building strong balanced upper bodies! -REACH YOUR GOAL
WINNER -At the end of the day we are all winners because we will have kicked our goals of getting stronger and that’s huge.. -There will only be one winner whom we will choose to receive our 4 class month aerial pass (worth £72) which will need to be used up during the month of JUne (unless discussed with us for other options of using it in the near future. The prize is only the 4 weekly aerial classes, therefore accommodation and travel to our classes etc has to be covered by you.) -The winner will be the student we feel has -kicked their goal in the butt... -Posted and tagged us publicly and regularly throughout may keeping us all up to date with their progress. -Been creative and entertaining with it sharing tips skills tricks, using humour, themes maybe etc. you know just keeping it real. Congratulations to the gorgeous Rose who maintained a weekly regime of doing chinups and posting them to social media tagging us in so we could follow her progess..
Rose started out and could barely do one by jumping off the ground.. by the end of it she could do 3!!!! This challenge helped her and others build strength and get in the swing of doing personal private training to better themselves in their own time..
We are so proud and grateful of everyone who took part in this and who increased their strength.. it goes to show you are on your own journey, theres no rush, and there are no excuses.. Keep up the hard work everyone and we will see you in class!
